Supervisor

Flex your management skills and play a key role in supporting teams and maintaining operational standards. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach, with a focus on team leadership, customer service excellence, and operational support.

Lead by example, be engaging, support the customer service team, and deliver exceptional service for our members and guests.

Work closely with the Assistant Manager to oversee venue operations, promote and uphold WHS practices, and assist with stock control, gaming reconciliations and operational reporting.

Assist in overseeing daily venue operations, working closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

This is a role where you can bring your previous experience in a supervisory or team leader position. Your communication skills are second to none, with the ability to positively influence team members and engage with customers. You have the ability to be flexible, with strong time management skills to support operational demands. You have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, bringing creative ideas to work.

You know how hospitality works – so you’re flexible to work on a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.
