We’re thrilled to introduce our newest Head Chef to the Campbell & George team, Sagar.
A chef with over a decade of experience, a love for flavour-driven food, and a passion for elevating every dining experience.
Sagar brings a strong foundation in culinary expertise, leadership, and operational discipline, and is eager to contribute to the ongoing success of Campbell & George.
He’s deeply passionate about team building and mentorship. “The environment at Campbell & George is outstanding, and mentoring young chefs as they grow and take pride in their work is incredibly rewarding,” he shared.
Our members can expect nothing short of excellence, with every plate served to the highest standards of taste, presentation and consistency.
When we asked Sagar about his favourite picks from the new menu, he called out the Saganaki cheese entrée and the Salmon basil risotto. Both dishes bring together tradition and creativity in the best way.
And if you’re after a go-to kitchen tip? “Seasoning makes a vast difference, and always rest larger cuts of meat. It’s the small things that elevate a dish.”
With this kind of passion and care going into every plate, your taste buds are in for something truly special.
Making a real difference in our community
Through our ClubGrants funding last year, 54 children with hearing loss graduated from The Shepherd Centre’s early intervention program. Among them was William, who was born completely deaf in one ear. Thanks to the specialised support he received, William developed the confidence and skills to start preschool and his teachers didn’t even realise he had a hearing loss.
